18.48 acres EEP Easement
The Lambert Buffer in Montgomery County is an Ecosystem Enhancement
Program (EEP) easement that protects riparian buffer along 2,785 feet
of streamfootage on the Uwharrie River. The 18.48 acre buffer
easement was placed on the property in 2005.
