The Moody White Farm marks our largest protection project to date in Iredell County.  Located just outside of rapidly growing Statesville, this 408 acre farm will now forever more be available to agricultural productions and rural living.  The easement also marks the first time The LandTrust has participated in a post-mortem conservation easement.  Brinn, Judy and Sidney White, the heirs of the Moody White Estate chose to honor their family land's legacy by placing a conservation easement on the farm.  The scenic farm boasts frontage on the headwaters of Fourth Creek and scenic views of the northern Iredell County countryside.
